The most brilliantly architected business strategy is merely a thought exercise if it is not supported by action plans, structures, and capabilities that enable execution.

Leveraging my leadership and coaching expertise, I help my clients develop high-performance teams that are able to overcome constraints and drive clean execution.

My workshop series focus on driving top-line and bottom-line growth by deepening relationships for the purposes of fueling individual development and group learning. 

 

Programs may be tailored to the client’s needs, both in content and format. A typical program features 3-4 workshops presented over a six-month period. For maximum benefit, clients may integrate periodic 1:1 coaching for participants in between workshops.

Expanding Capacity by Developing Cross-Functional Leadership

A network of aligned, cross-functional working groups is one of the most effective mechanisms to support and lead a major company initiative, such as a new product or business unit launch, or a post-merger integration.

Working with company executives to define the project structure, working groups of employees at all levels of the organization will collaborate and communicate effectively, from launch to issue resolution to measurement against goals.

Navigating your career by building a personal board of advisors

In today's digital-centric, hybrid work environment, early to mid-career professionals must be more proactive than ever in creating supportive networks to help navigate their careers and lives.

Participants will learn about the key voices to invite to a balanced personal board, as well as the art of engaging potential advisors and maintaining relationships that expand one’s professional success.

 

This series may be used to augment an organization’s mentoring program or act as a proxy when such a program does not yet exist.
