Meet RAchel

I'm a coach, consultant, facilitator, researcher, changemaker, and former executive, who is also a mother, wife, daughter, sister, athlete, board member, and friend. I think with both my head and heart. I read the room naturally, often the first to become aware of extenuating circumstances, relationship dynamics, and personal situations that impact how someone shows up. I drive for results and strive to help each client and team member perform in ways they never imagined were possible. I am still trying to figure out how to defy gravity.

I come to this work as an operator, strategist, and leader, who has sat in the hot seat that my clients now occupy. Much of my career experience lies in building and leading teams that create experiences for adult learners, designed with respect to principles that can be applied to executive coaching.

I earned a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching at William James College, formerly the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. I hold an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in economics from Dartmouth College. My husband, three children and I are an active family. Boring moments are scarce. You can find us happiest when skiing, hiking, playing tennis, traveling, or cooking and reading at home.
