We are each a product of our experiences. Our behaviors, actions, words, and tone reflect the impactful people and moments that have shaped us. I have always been fascinated by the human journey and love seeing how that journey impacts the way each of us shows up in daily life.
My ongoing research on the journeys of leaders not only expands my coaching approach and practice via new frameworks, driving questions, and exploratory exercises; but also allows me to integrate and share the learnings so that others can benefit and grow.

The following talks address topics pulled from my research. Contact me directly to book a speaking engagement.

Introducing
JEWEL
JEWEL celebrates professional women leaders’ journeys, with the intention of using their stories to provide career insights and navigation support to early to mid-career women.

Each interviewee is a JEWEL with lessons to share. Their reflections serve as a resource for anyone navigating a career. The lived experiences of these changemakers and leaders-- VPs, CXOs, executive directors, partners, medical administrators, university deans and clergy-- inspire and provide insight that can support career development and growth for all professionals, particularly women.

Through coaching, JEWEL, and my own career prior to coaching, I have developed an anonymized research base of lived experience and leadership lessons, captured from professional leaders about the influential people and events that have shaped their careers. In weaving together their stories, I shine a light on the hidden themes that are often overlooked in daily life and the experiences that unite us in leading impactful careers and lives.
In addition to sharing key learnings via speaking engagements, I also highlight important leadership lessons from my research in my blog, Hidden Gems.
